Welcome to the Flying High Tumbling Afrobats! We are happy that you have an interest in joining us for African Centered Acrobatics focused on self-mastery and overcoming challenges as a team.

Your children will learn to put Mind Over Matter through self-mastery, by focusing on the following skills:

• Listening and fine motor skills
• Building positive self-confidence
• Team building and situational awareness
• Showcasing what is learned during performances to challenge themselves
• Through the arts, inspire, motivate and empower healing within the Black community, and in turn the world.

Beginner:

• Rolls: forward and backward

• Physical fitness with circuits (lunges, jump and jacks, inchworm, etc)

Intermediate:

• All skills from Beginner
• Walkovers: front and back
